• Payment due at cleaning. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo accepted.

• Prices are subject to change after initial walk through.

• Initial walk through to asses square footage and scope of work.

Before your appointment

• Assess square footage. I specialize in apartments, town homes and small homes.

• Clear table surfaces and floors of any toys, clothes, and other items to optimize cleaning time.

• Whether you will be present or not during cleaning please include instructions on parking, entering and leaving your home.

• I love animals, but it can be helpful for them and the cleaning process if they are located to a comfy area of the home.

• Feel free to leave out any cleaning products that you prefer. Cleaning products included in pricing, eco-friendly solutions available for additional charge.

• No contracts for services.

• 48-hour cancellation notice required. Please call if you need assistance.

• Available to travel outside service area — trip fee applies.

During your appointment

• For first-time cleaning I will assess your home and discuss pricing and any other working agreements.

• Cleaning include: bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and kitchens (surface clean, dusting, glass, floors).

• Inside of refrigerator/ovens include additional add-on fee

• Not included: large windows, laundry services, yard/pool/garage cleanings.
